At W for Woman, we want you to love your fashion choices; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 15 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the specific items you wish to return or exchange to generate a request.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the apparel is in its original condition with all brand tags attached; our courier partner will perform a brief inspection during pickup.

• 3.
  Secure Pickup

  Once your request is approved, a pickup will be scheduled within 24-48 hours at your registered shipping address at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a final quality inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
